Text
The authority shall submit to the Governor an environmental impact statement on the project described in section 1 in accordance with guidelines to be established by the Commissioner of Environmental Protection. The authority shall include in this statement the records of a public hearing to be held at such time and place as shall be convenient for residents of the area through which the project is proposed to pass. The authority shall make available prior to such hearing information concerning such project to any interested party who wishes to submit comments at such public hearing. L.1972, c. 28, s. 3, eff.
