§ 27:23-19 — Act liberally construed
New Jersey·Title 27 HIGHWAYS
This act, being necessary for the welfare of the State and its inhabitants, shall be liberally construed to effect the purposes thereof. L.1948, c. 454, p. 1873, s. 19.
