§ 26:4-99 — Free distribution of toxoid and vaccine; appropriation
New Jersey·Title 26 HEALTH AND VITAL STATISTICS
The state department may purchase and distribute free, in accordance with rules of the department, diphtheria toxoid or toxin-antitoxin, or both, and smallpox vaccine. For the purchase and distribution of such materials and for expenses incident to such distribution and the keeping of records of the use of such materials, the department may expend such sum as shall be appropriated in any annual or supplemental appropriation act.
