Text
If the state department ascertains that any vaccine virus, antitoxin, or other biological product sold, or offered for sale, or held for sale or use for prophylactic or remedial purposes is dangerous to human health, or so impure or inert as to be inefficacious in rendering immune or less susceptible to disease any person in whom the product may be used, the department may prohibit the further sale or use of such product or any other biological product manufactured or produced by the same party. No person shall knowingly sell or offer for sale, or use, or offer for use, any such prohibited product.
