Text
The State Department of Health and Local Boards of Health may provide at public expense, the necessary equipment, materials and services for immunizing people from the diseases which pupils are required to be immunized against by the State Sanitary Code or for diseases against which immunization may be recommended by the State Department of Health. L.1974, c. 150, s. 5, eff. Nov. 11, 1974.
