§ 26:4-77 — Violations; penalty; recovery

New Jersey·Title 26 HEALTH AND VITAL STATISTICS
Any person who violates any of the provisions of this article shall be liable to a penalty of fifty dollars ($50.00) to be recovered in a civil action by the local board of the municipality in which the violation occurs. Amended by L.1953, c. 26, p. 476, s. 46.
