Text
The State department shall make rules and regulations for the care of persons suffering with tuberculosis, and for preventing the spread of the disease. The State department shall enforce the rules and regulations and see that they are enforced, for which purpose it may issue orders to local boards and practicing physicians. Every local board shall also enforce said rules and regulations. Amended by L.1977, c. 63, s. 8, eff. April 15, 1977.
