§ 26:4-69 — Expenditure of appropriations
New Jersey·Title 26 HEALTH AND VITAL STATISTICS
The State department shall expend such sums as shall be annually appropriated for the study, treatment and prevention of tuberculosis. Amended by L.1977, c. 63, s. 7, eff. April 15, 1977.
