Text
The local board shall cause all reports of cases of tuberculosis, and the results of any examination showing the presence of the bacilli of tuberculosis to be recorded in a register of which it shall be the custodian. Such register shall not be open to inspection by any person other than the State department and the local board. The local board shall not permit any such report or record to be divulged so as to disclose the identity of the person to whom it relates, except as may be necessary to carry into effect the provisions of this article. Amended by L.1977, c. 63, s. 6, eff. April 15, 1977.
