Any migrant laborer who cannot show satisfactory evidence of examination for syphilis, gonorrhea and other venereal diseases having been performed by a health department or licensed physician within ninety days prior to entry into New Jersey shall submit to such examination as prescribed by the State Department of Health within thirty days after such entry. Said examination shall be performed by a duly licensed physician chosen by the migrant laborer or provided by the State Department of Health. Any person who shall employ one or more migrant laborers shall notify the State Department of Health within five days of the commencement of such employment whether such person or persons have been examined as required by this section.
