§ 26:4-32 — Prostitute; examination; certificate prohibited
New Jersey·Title 26 HEALTH AND VITAL STATISTICS
A prostitute or other lewd person shall be considered a suspected person within the meaning of section 26:4-30 of this title and may be required to submit to examination at any time. No certificate of freedom from venereal disease shall be issued to any prostitute under any circumstances whatever.
