Text
Upon presentation of a certificate of the number of cases reported to the State Department pursuant to section 26:4-24 of the Revised Statutes at least once per year the officer shall be entitled to receive from the proper disbursing officer of the municipality within the limits of which the sickness reported occurred, the sum of ten cents ($0.10) for each case certified as having been reported. Amended by L.1953, c. 325, p. 1872, s. 1.
