§ 26:2I-5 — 5 Prevailing wage rules, regulations, adoption by New Jersey Health Care Financing Authority.
New Jersey·Title 26 HEALTH AND VITAL STATISTICS
11.The New Jersey Health Care Facilities Financing Authority shall, in consultation with the Commissioner of Labor and Workforce Development, adopt rules and regulations, consistent with the rules and regulations adopted by the Commissioner of Labor and Workforce Development pursuant to P.L.1963, c.150 (C.34:11-56.25 et seq.), requiring that not less than the prevailing wage be paid to workers employed in the construction or rehabilitation of facilities undertaken in connection with loans, loan guarantees, expenditures, investments, incentives or other financial assistance provided, authorized or administered by the authority. The prevailing wage rate shall be the rate determined by the Commissioner of Labor and Workforce Development pursuant to the provisions of P.L.1963, c.150 (C.34:11-
