6.Any person submitting a false sworn statement pursuant to section 3 of P.L.1997, c.100 (C.26:2H-84) shall be subject to a fine of not more than $1,000, which may be assessed by the Commissioner of Health. L.1997, c.100, s.6; amended 1997, c.284, s.5; 2012, c.17, s.244.
