§ 26:2H-81 — Rules, regulations.
New Jersey·Title 26 HEALTH AND VITAL STATISTICS
3.The Commissioner of Health shall adopt rules and regulations pursuant to the "Administrative Procedure Act," P.L.1968, c.410 (C.52:14B-1 et seq.) necessary to carry out the provisions of this act. L.1997, c.78, s.3; amended 2012, c.17, s.239.
