Text
1.The Legislature finds and declares that hospital patients and nursing home residents, in the interest of being fully informed about the quality of health care provided at the facility where they are receiving health care services, are entitled to have access to the information that is required to be posted and otherwise provided to members of the public under this act about direct patient or resident care staffing levels at the facility. L.2005,c.21,s.1.
