Text
1.Each home health agency licensed pursuant to P.L.1971, c.136 (C.26:2H-1 et seq.) that provides home care services to an individual with hemophilia shall, when those services include treatment services for bleeding episodes associated with hemophilia, comply with the standards for a provider as provided in subsection a. of section 1 of P.L.2001, c.121 (C.26:2S-10.1). A home health agency that provides home treatment services that include treatment services for bleeding episodes associated with hemophilia that fails to comply with the requirements of this section or the standards provided in subsection a. of section 1 of P.L.2001, c.121 (C.26:2S-10.1) shall be subject to such administrative penalties or disciplinary action as the Commissioner of Health shall prescribe by regulation.
