Text
The State Department of Health shall monitor the implementation of the provisions of this act and shall, in consultation with the Department of Institutions and Agencies, assist skilled or intermediate care nursing facilities to identify sources of payment and care for residents by maintaining a current inventory of such resources available in the State. L.1977, c. 387, s. 4.
