Text
It shall be a sufficient defense to the proceeding if the owner or licensee establishes that the condition or conditions alleged in the complaint do not in fact exist or that such condition or conditions have been removed or remedied or that such condition or conditions, although periodically remedied, have not habitually existed as pattern and practice. L.1977, c. 238, s. 5, eff. Sept. 29, 1977.
