§ 26:2H-31 — Violations; penalty; collection
New Jersey·Title 26 HEALTH AND VITAL STATISTICS
Any person who violates the provisions of this act shall be liable for a penalty of $100.00 to be collected by a summary proceeding instituted by the Attorney General at the request of the Commissioner of Health pursuant to the Penalty Enforcement Law (N.J.S. 2A:58-1 et seq.). L.1975, c. 397, s. 3, eff. March 5, 1976.
