§ 26:2H-30 — Patient or resident; charges for drugs
New Jersey·Title 26 HEALTH AND VITAL STATISTICS
No nursing home or convalescent home may charge a patient or resident for drugs more than the cost thereof to the home plus an amount not in excess of 5% to reimburse the home for the administrative costs of purchasing and dispensing such drugs. L.1975, c. 397, s. 2, eff. March 5, 1976.
