§ 26:2H-28 — Transfer of nursing home administrator's licensing board to state department of health
New Jersey·Title 26 HEALTH AND VITAL STATISTICS
The Nursing Home Administrator's Licensing Board established by P.L.1968, c. 356 (C. 30:11-11 et seq.), and all amendments thereto, together with all of its powers, functions and duties incident thereto, is hereby transferred to and vested in the State Department of Health. L.1972, c. 109, s. 2, eff. July 27, 1972.
