Employees of the present Bureau of Community Institutions in the Department of Institutions and Agencies responsible for administration of laws governing and concerning residential health care facilities, private mental hospitals, convalescent homes, private nursing homes and private hospitals are hereby transferred to the State Department of Health. Persons so transferred shall be assigned such duties as the State Commissioner of Health shall determine. L.1971, c. 136, s.
