1.
a.The Commissioner of Health may issue a nursing facility license for a facility that provides care for Huntington's Disease.
b.The commissioner, pursuant to the "Administrative Procedure Act," P.L.1968, c.410 (C.52:14B-1 et seq.), may adopt rules and regulations to effectuate the purposes of this act. L.2011, c.208, s.1; amended 2012, c.17, s.219.
