37.Any monies remaining in the New Jersey Health Care Trust Fund, including the reserve required pursuant to section 4 of P.L.1991, c.187 (C.26:2H-18.27), are appropriated to the Health Care Subsidy Fund in the Essential Health Services Commission. L.1992,c.160,s.37.
