Text

The Department of the Treasury shall compile and submit to the Department of Health information about the income of persons whose income tax refund or homestead rebate was applied to recover the amount due and owing on a patient's account pursuant to paragraph (4) of subsection b. of section 10 of P.L.1989, c.1 (C.26:2H-18.13) or to paragraph (4) of subsection b. of section 11 of P.L.1991, c.187 (C.26:2H-18.33). The information compiled by the department shall identify the number of persons whose annual income for 1990 is: below $10,000; between $10,000 and $20,000; between $20,001 and $40,000; between $40,001 and $60,000; between $60,001 and $80,000; and greater than $80,000.
