Text
As used in this act: a. "Department" means the State Department of Health.
b."Heat emergency" means an indoor air temperature of 85 degrees Fahrenheit or higher for a continuous period of four hours or longer. L.1984, c. 114, s. 1, eff. Aug. 3, 1984.
