Text

1.No patient or family member of a patient shall be required to sign admission papers to a health care facility, as defined in section 2 of the "Health Care Facilities Planning Act," P.L.1971, c.136 (C.26:2H-2), during such times as the patient's or family member's religious beliefs prohibit them from signing the papers. L.2007,c.216.
