Text
The Commissioner of the Department of Health shall appoint and employ subject to the provisions of Title 11 of the Revised Statutes such employees, advisers, and consultants as he deems necessary to carry out the provisions of this act. The President of the Civil Service Commission and the Commissioner of the Department of Health shall determine which, if any, of such appointments need not comply with the provisions of said Title. L.1971, c. 128, s. 5, eff. July 1, 1971.
