2.The Bureau of Alcohol Countermeasures in the Motor Vehicle Commission is transferred to the Division of Mental Health and Addiction Services in the Department of Human Services, pursuant to the provisions of the "State Agency Transfer Act," P.L.1971, c.375 (C.52:14D-1 et seq.). L.1984, c. 243, s. 2, eff. Jan. 2, 1985; amended 2023, c.177, s.60.
