§ 26:2B-39 — Rules, regulations

4.The commissioner shall adopt rules and regulations necessary to carry out the purposes of this act pursuant to the "Administrative Procedure Act," P.L.1968, c.410 (C.52:14B-1 et seq.). L.1995,c.318,s.4.
