§ 26:2-72 — Authority of local boards of health not affected
New Jersey·Title 26 HEALTH AND VITAL STATISTICS
Nothing in this act shall be construed to prohibit or limit the authority otherwise granted by statute to any local board of health to regulate or control places defined in this act. L.1939, c. 261, p. 677, s. 1.
