§ 26:2-69 — Garbage
New Jersey·Title 26 HEALTH AND VITAL STATISTICS
Garbage, including waste vegetable and animal material, which may attract flies, shall not be permitted at or in connection with any public place unless the material is kept covered to prevent access of flies and escape of foul odors. L.1939, c. 261, p. 677, s. 1.
