§ 26:2-61 — Application for allotments; use of funds received

New Jersey·Title 26 HEALTH AND VITAL STATISTICS
The Department of Health is further authorized and directed to make application to the Surgeon-General of the United States and to such other officers and agencies of the Federal government in said Acts enumerated, for securing the allotments so authorized, such allotments to be paid to the State Treasurer. The State Treasurer shall maintain such sums as may be received in separate funds, to be disbursed by him on the warrant of the Comptroller, subject to the certification of the Department of Health, in furtherance of the purposes enumerated. Amended by L.1944, c. 70, p. 138, s. 2.
