§ 26:2-60 — Authority of Department to accept federal grants; payment of compensation to administrative officers from federal grants
New Jersey·Title 26 HEALTH AND VITAL STATISTICS
The Department of Health, acting for and on behalf of the State of New Jersey, is authorized and empowered, pursuant to the appropriate provisions of an Act of the Congress entitled "An act to provide for the general welfare by establishing a system of Federal old-age benefits, and by enabling the several States to make more adequate provision for aged persons, blind persons, dependent and crippled children, maternal and child welfare, public health, and the administration of their unemployment compensation laws; to establish a social security board; to raise revenue, and for other purposes" (Public Statute No. 271-74th Congress), to participate in such grants subject to the provisions of the aforesaid Federal statute, and the rules and regulations thereunder, and particularly Titles V and
