§ 26:2-193 — Rules, regulations.
New Jersey·Title 26 HEALTH AND VITAL STATISTICS
3.The Director of the Division of Consumer Affairs in the Department of Law and Public Safety, pursuant to the "Administrative Procedure Act," P.L.1968, c.410 (C.52:14B-1 et seq.), and in consultation with the Commissioner of Health, shall adopt rules and regulations to effectuate the purposes of this act. L.2015, c.37, s.3.
