§ 26:2-158 — Rules, regulations
New Jersey·Title 26 HEALTH AND VITAL STATISTICS
The State Treasurer shall adopt rules and regulations in accordance with the "Administrative Procedure Act," P.L.1968, c. 410 (C. 52:14B-1 et seq.) establishing procedures for the collection of the surcharge. L. 1987,c.370, s.11.
