§ 26:2-139 — Definitions
New Jersey·Title 26 HEALTH AND VITAL STATISTICS
As used in this act: a. "Commissioner" means the Commissioner of the State Department of Health; b. "Department" means the State Department of Health; c. "Program" means the Diabetes Control Program established by the commissioner. L. 1987, c. 10, s. 2.
