Text
The Department of Health shall make an annual report to the Legislature, through the President of the Senate, Speaker of the General Assembly and Chairmen of the Senate and Assembly Institutions, Health and Welfare Committees of its findings and recommendations concerning the effectiveness, impact and benefits derived from the programs created herein, and any recommendations for legislative changes deemed necessary. L.1981, c. 288, s. 5, eff. Sept. 23, 1981.
