§ 26:13-31 — Guidelines for health care, social services resources offered at emergency warming centers during a Code Blue alert.

New Jersey·Title 26 HEALTH AND VITAL STATISTICS

1. The Department of Human Services shall establish guidelines for health care and social service resources that may be offered at emergency warming centers during a Code Blue alert declared pursuant to section 3 of P.L.2017, c.68 (App.A:9-43.20). a. Health care resources offered pursuant to this section may include, but shall not be limited to:

(1)information regarding health care coverage and enrollment options, including, but not limited to, information related to coverage provided through NJ FamilyCare and the "Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act," Pub.L.111-148, as amended by the federal "Health Care and Education Reconciliation Act of 2010," Pub.L.111-152;
(2)information regarding Federally Qualified Health Centers (FQHCs), including the locations and hours of operation of a
