Text
Notwithstanding any laws to the contrary, nothing in the laws dealing with controlled dangerous substances shall be construed to prohibit a program of therapeutic research with regard to the use of certain Schedule I controlled dangerous substances in certain situations, as provided in section 4b. of this act. L.1981, c. 72, s. 9, eff. March 23, 1981.
