§ 26:2-135 — Annual report
New Jersey·Title 26 HEALTH AND VITAL STATISTICS
6.The commissioner shall issue an annual report to the Governor and the Legislature by October 1 of each year. The report shall include a summary of the lead poisoning testing and abatement program activities in the State during the preceding fiscal year and any recommendations or suggestions for legislative consideration. This report shall be made available to local and State agencies involved with case management and lead abatement, and to interested members of the public. L.1985, c.84, s.6; amended 1995,c.328,s.7.
