§ 26:2-134 — Comprehensive plan
New Jersey·Title 26 HEALTH AND VITAL STATISTICS
Within six months of the effective date of this act, the commissioner shall prepare a comprehensive plan to control lead poisoning in the State. The commissioner shall submit the plan to the Governor and the Legislature. L. 1985, c. 84, s. 5, eff. March 25, 1985.
