22.Any real or personal property which was used or intended to be used to commit, facilitate or promote the commission of the crime, or which constitutes, is derived from, or is traceable to the gross proceeds that the defendant obtained directly or indirectly as a result of the crime, shall be subject to forfeiture in accordance with the provisions of N.J.S. 2C:64-1 et seq. L.2005,c.206,s.22.
