§ 24:10-73 — 1a. Compliance with rules and regulations; extensions of time
New Jersey·Title 24 FOOD AND DRUGS
The State Department of Health shall grant reasonable extensions of time for compliance with rules or regulations enacted pursuant to this amendatory act where undue hardship would result to any person because of such rules or regulations. L.1974, c. 142, s. 2, eff. Nov. 11, 1975.
