Text
The department may issue temporary or emergency permits for limited periods or for limited quantities of milk or a particular fluid milk product and may restrict such permits to a particular area or to a particular milk plant, in order that a sufficient supply of milk or fluid milk products shall always be available for the inhabitants of this State. L.1964, c. 62, s. 4.
