Text

All cans, packages, and other containers enclosing milk, milk products or fluid milk products defined by or under authority of this act, shall be plainly labeled or marked with such identification marks as may be designated by the department. The label, or marks shall be in letters of a size, kind, color and arrangement approved by the department. L.1964, c. 62, s. 24.
