24:4-2. The Superior Court or municipal court having jurisdiction in the municipality, as the case may be, in which such food, drug, cosmetic or device is found shall have jurisdiction to hear and determine such proceeding. Amended 1939, c.320,s.11; 1953,c.24,s.3; 1991,c.91,s.284.
