Text
No person shall hunt foxes with hounds and firearms except during such time and period prescribed by the State Fish and Game Code, and, in the absence of such provisions in said code, no person shall hunt foxes with hounds and firearms except in daylight from November tenth to April thirtieth, but foxes shall not be hunted with hounds during the deer season. Any person who shall violate any of the provisions of this section shall be liable to a penalty of twenty dollars ($20.00). Amended by L.1948, c. 448, p. 1820, s. 66, eff. April 1, 1949.
