Except as otherwise provided in this Title, when the possession or sale of fowl or game is prohibited by this Title, or by the provisions of the State Fish and Game Code, reference is had equally to such fowl or game coming from without the State as to that taken within the State. Amended by L.1948, c. 448, p. 1813, s. 54.
